MailLens is a Chrome Extension designed to help users filter and organize their Gmail inboxes more efficiently using customizable keywords and sender filters.

Data Collection

MailLens does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information, email content, or metadata outside your local browser session.

• We do not access, collect, or share your Gmail data.
• All processing (filtering, labeling) is done locally in your browser using the Gmail API and Chrome Extension APIs.

Permissions

MailLens requires limited Gmail access only to read and label messages per user input. These permissions are used strictly to fulfill the core functionality and are never misused.

Data Sharing

MailLens does not share your data with any third party. We do not sell, rent, or transfer any data for analytics, advertising, or marketing purposes.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy if required. Users will be notified via the Chrome Web Store listing.
